Payment
We accept all major credit cards as well as E-checks through Paypal. Payments via Paypal are due at time of purchase. Your privacy is always secure and protected by Paypal’s SSL encrypted technology. Postal money orders and personal checks are also welcome and should be made out to Lavender Hill Studio and should include a copy of your order confirmation. Money orders and checks not received within 7 days of purchase will result in re-listing of the item purchased. We ship items daily, Monday through Friday. Unless we are on a buying trip. Then the item will be shipped within the week. If you have concerns, please feel free to email us for exact shipping times. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. Items paid via credit card will ship within 24 hours (unless purchase is on a weekend or holiday). Items paid via money order will ship upon receipt of your money order. Personal checks must clear before item is shipped - usually 7-10 days upon receipt.

Please NOTE: Shipping quotes are for the Continental 48 US States. For shipping prices to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Internationally, please email me at lavenderhillstudio@mchsi.com to see if shipping is feasible to your area. If I can ship the item to your location, I will email you a shipping quote. If you are NOT in the Continental 48 US States, do not purchase the item without emailing me for instructions first. Some large items need to be shipped thru freight carrier. You can email us your address for a shipping quote on noted items. Shipping rates are for US Postal Service Priority Mail, insured or DHL Ground, insured. We take great care in packing your item to ensure it will arrive safely..
Return Policy
We take great pride in each piece we offer you and we are confident that you will enjoy your item for years to come. Our vintage items are beautiful timeworn finds. We believe the dings, dents and imperfections add charm and character to the piece. We strive to accurately describe each item, but please look closely at the photos and email or call if you have any questions at all about the item. Returns are welcomed with an authorization code with 5 days of receipt of item, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item. Sorry we are unable to credit or refund shipping or return shipping fees. Please contact Lavender Hill Studio for an authorization code on all returns before shipping to insure that your return is handled properly. Returns cannot be accepted without an authorization code. Returns are not accepted on items shipped outside the Continental 48 US States. Items returned for credit must be undamaged and in original packaging for a full refund of your purcha se price. Insurance is a requirement for the full value of your return.
